Facilities at Lagley Meadow Hall


We have a choice of facilities suitable for a wide range of leisure and community activities.

We offer a flexible pricing scheme for all our customers. Online booking requests will receive a quotation via email or you can call us to discuss your needs. Registered users have access to all their booking information and can easily make repeat bookings and manage their account.

Discounts are available for Berkhamsted residents, companies and charities.

Robert Stewart Hall

Capacity: 60 people
Pricing: £30.00 per hour

Main hall with garden access and kitchen including cooker, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and china, cutlery and glasses. Serving hatch to garden.
Bespoke layouts can be setup, including cabaret and theatre style.
Maximum capacity 60 cabaret or 100 theatre

The kitchen is included in the main hall hire, and by arrangement for meeting rooms. Hire of plates, glasses and cutlery included.

Chiltern Room

Capacity: 12 people
Pricing: £25.00 per hour

Self-contained and private meeting room with direct access from reception.  Nespresso coffee machine, tea, and use of water machine included in hire. TV/screen and AV.  Boardroom-style tables with seating for up to 12 delegates.  Carpeted floor and window blinds, dimmable lighting.

Pricing: £25.00 per hour

Book the Ashridge Room suitable for many types of small meetings, events, or as a breakout room with the whole venue.  Carpeted floor, blackout blinds, dimmable lighting. Nespresso coffee machine, tea, and use of water machine included in hire.  Can be used as a treatment room or for a small yoga/Pilates class.  Available with conference table and chairs or unfurnished.
